Support and reporting bugs

Self-managed partners: use the contact form within the Booking.com Partner Center.

Managed partners: contact your account manager.

Include as much information as possible when reporting a bug, including:

  • Provide API login name. Do not include password.
  • Include the exact request URL, including input parameters and values.
  • Include examples of API responses and any error messages.
  • Include the time and date of the API requests.
  • Include the value for the request identifier (ruid) returned with the response, if available.
