Introduction to Connectivity Notification Service
The Connectivity Notification Service (CNS) enables you to receive real-time updates to events that either need attention or action. It is designed as a platform for Booking.com teams to publish notifications related to connected partner's business cases.
The following diagram illustrates how CNS fits in the overall partner ecosystem.
Note that the notifications are designed to be simple alerts and not to serve the detailed changes/data. Once you are set up to receive notifications, you will need to implement relevant followup actions (i.e. a call to the right endpoint depending on the notification type) as per each notification type. See Managing notifications.
Integration
You need to develop some endpoints to start receiving notifications traffic. It is possible to reuse this integration (i.e. endpoints you developed) for all notification types you would like to subscribe to. To know more, see prerequisites and integration steps.
